Welcome to Test Flows AI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our web application, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Test Flows AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Service.

Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

This license does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the Service without our written permission
• Collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Derivative use of the Service or its contents
• Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether you authorized such activities.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service to test websites or applications without proper authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Test Flows AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any test data, test flows, and content you create using the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UI TEST CRAFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Beta Version Disclaimer

Test Flows AI is currently in beta/MVP phase. The Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. We are continuously improving the Service and appreciate your feedback.

During the beta period, the Service is offered free of charge. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or availability as we move toward a production release. Beta users will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Test Flows AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
